Description and Application

SOLAR TUBE is a three-layered tube with optimum physical and chemical properties in each layer. It is flexible, easy to use, has high tensile strength and wear resistance, making it very safe to use. SOLAR TUBE is sized to trigger detonation when installed with downhole and surface delayed electricless capsules. It is standardly produced in orange color, but can be manufactured in different colors upon request. SOLAR TUBE is produced with UV (ultraviolet) protection.

Due to its three-layered outer coating material, it is protected from all environmental conditions, has high tensile strength, and is unaffected by static electricity and friction.

Usage Recommendations

SOLAR TUBE can be directly used by placing it inside an electricless capsule head. The shock tube ends should be kept away from oil and moisture, and the open ends should be sealed with ultrasonic welding to prevent the explosives inside from leaking.

Storage

SUPREME TUBE should be stored indoors with sealed ends. It should be stored between 0°C and +50°C, and has a shelf life of 3 years from the production date. However, exposure to excessive heat or cold may cause the product to deteriorate prematurely.
