Description and Application
SUPREMEDET’S COMBİDET is a short delay, non-electrical downhole capsule used to ignite the sensitive explosive at the bottom of the hole for the use of non-electrical capsules. It is produced in various delay times to provide the desired performance in blasting operations.
It is used as a downhole capsule in all kinds of surface blasting (road construction, mining and stone quarries, dams, foundation excavations, etc.). If desired, it can be produced with connectors to facilitate the connection of the fuse for explosive fuse usage.
It is unaffected by wet environments, harsh weather conditions, radio waves, and static electricity, providing safer usage.

Usage Recommendations
SUPREMEDET’S COMBİDET non-electrical downhole capsules can be detonated with electric capsules, SUPREMEDET’S STL surface capsules, or a minimum of 5 gr/m explosive fuse. Connections should not be too tight or too loose. Shock should not damage the tube during filling and firing. As the capsule head contains explosive material, it may explode uncontrollably due to impact, friction, or high heat. One SUPREMEDET’S STL surface capsule and one SUPREMEDET’S COMBİDET bottom capsule should be used for each hole.

Storage
Explosive materials must be stored in accordance with the “Regulations on Non-Monopoly Explosive Materials, Ammunition, and Similar Materials” under decision number 87/12028. For best results, store in a well-ventilated, approved explosive storage facility under moderate temperatures and dry conditions. When stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated explosive storage facility, SUPREMEDET’S COMBİDET has a shelf life of 2 years from the production date. However, exposure to extreme hot or cold weather conditions may cause the product to deteriorate prematurely.
